Introduction Donnie Smith graduated from WyoTech in 1988. He attained an Occupational Associate in Specialized Technology in Collision/Refinishing Technology and Management. He is also obtaining a Bachelor of Occupational Education majoring in Professional Technical Education from Eastern New Mexico University. During his years of experience he has worked for dealerships, independent shops, and has owned his own body shop. Donnie is currently ASE (Automotive Service Excellence), I-CAR IQW, and PPG certified, he is a member of NACAT (North American Council of Automotive Teachers), Collision Repair Instructors Network, and the ASA (Automotive Service Association.) In 2004 Donnie decided to use his experience, skills, and knowledge to teach auto collision repair to high school students. After (3) three years of teaching at Tyler Junior College, Donnie decided to join the team at Butler Community College.
