Introduction	Welcome to the blog for the Biofuel Reality Check organization. Crop based biofuels are expanding agriculture into grasslands, forests, and wetlands. Clearing these lands and plowing them up release huge amounts of greenhouse gases making crop based biofuels worse that the petroleum they replace. They are diverting food into fuel. World population is expected to grow by another 3 billion people in the next forty years. They are driving the extinction of wildlife, everything from birds to orangutans. We welcome participation.
