| Introduction | My daughter gave me the name "Accidental Quilter" I took a quilting class about 30 years ago to learn traditional hand quilting. Enjoyed the class, but it was not a craft I continued to pursue. Then I began a working career and who had time to hand quilt. End of that story!! So.......2 years ago I retired, spent several weeks with my oldest daughter who lives in Florida. you may know her as "Insomniac with a hook! Any how, she introduced me to machine quilting, and I was hooked! Hence the accidental quilter. I am so happy she took the time to show me this wonderful craft. Now when I can't sleep at night, it is not because work is on my mind. I am planning quilt designs........ |
