| Introduction | I have come to really enjoy food. I like researching recipes, planning menus, shopping for the right ingredients, preparing the dishes, and most importantly sharing them with friends and family. I have even developed a little hobby of food photography, although I call myself a fair weather snapper because I am not interested enough in the technical side of photography to manage photos without proper natural lighting. I have been married to a wonderful man for 20 years, and he has been my guinea pig through it all. I started this marriage with canned soup and Hamburger Helper, and have expanded my menu greatly over the years. That isn't to say that I haven't had a few flops along the way, and don't still go back to Hamburger Helper once in awhile. :~) If you like what you read be sure to check out the archives, and don't be afraid to comment.
