Johnson Metro Council District 29 elected on August 4, 2011 and Reelected by a 82% margin August 6, 2015. Served 4 years as the former School Board Member for District 6 which included Nashville, Antioch, Una, Priest Lake, Edge-O-Lake, Hickory Hollow and Cane Ridge and served 4 years as a member of the Metro Nashville Board of Parks and Recreation; and as a member of the Metro Nashville Board of Zoning Appeals. ~Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Business from Tennessee State University and Trevecca Nazarene University ~I have lived all of my adult life in Nashville since graduating from High School first living on the Historic Fisk University campus ~born to the late Dr. Leotis Peterman and Lucy Bell Peterman Lane.~married to David and proud mother of three young men Chris, Jon and Dave all graduates of MNPS and I can't forget our love of the household our Dog "Hope" ~currently a member of Mt.
