| Introduction | Theresa Brown is my name and I love to Cook! I started in the business at the age of 14 in Wareham, MA., a part time job cooking and serving breakfast (So I could help pay for my school clothes)! The first week there I found myself alone cleaning and getting ready for the Ice Cream crowd, when a priest came in sat down and asked me for a Western Omelet. I stood there just staring at him in complete fear. He saw this fear and realized I had no idea how to make one. He was so kind and gave me the ingredients I needed and off I went and made him the omelet. To my surprise, he loved it and said I had a talent! That was it, I was hooked! Now here I am 30 years later and I am still in Edible Love. : ) |
