Introduction	If you have stumbled upon this blog you are probably familiar with my mom's business, Shady Gables. Having grown up around Shady Gables, it has become my dream to own a tea room just like my mom! I have started Top Shelf Teas as a new line of teas for Shady Gables which I hope to eventually expand into my own tea room one day, but for now I am an independent seller here on the Central Coast of California. I plan to use this blog to keep everyone updated on the new exciting things that are happening with Top Shelf Teas and also keep my friends and family informed about what is going on out here in California.
