Introduction	My name is Heather. I am a stay at home mother of 2 beautiful daughters who are now 5 and 2. I have been running off and on for a few years (mostly off) and then I ran my first full marathon in 08. This blog is for all those who think that they can't do it! I am living proof that you can. If I can run 26.2 you can too. If I can loose 42 pounds... So can you!
Interests	I love running, road biking, fly fishing, shooting sporting clays, golf, skiing, boating, and just about anything new outdoors.
