| Introduction | My name is Louis Kaufman and I am a practicing dentist in Chicago, Illinois. As a young man I focused my energies on my education and earned a BA in Marketing and Finance from Kendall College, an MBA in Computer Science from DePaul University, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from The University of Illinois College of Dentistry. I thoroughly enjoyed my experiences as a student and still consider myself a student. To that end, I try everyday to learn and advance my understanding of myself and the world. More specifically, I enjoy learning to be a better dentist and a better business owner. I focus a lot of my "free" time on staying current on new technologies and how to best use them to achieve my professional goals. My practice philosophy is to maximize my business opportunities without compromising the highest level of care for my patients. My patients are my practice and I am laser-focused on providing the optimal patient experience for every appointment. My goal with this blog is to discuss emerging technologies and the role they can play in improving the patient experience and improving your dental business. |
