| Introduction | Welcome to my blog about international corporate governance issues. I am the Senior VP of Academic Affairs at Oklahoma Christian University and a former law professor and former VP and General Counsel of Wal-Mart's Corporate Division. I also served as VP of Benefits Compliance and Planning for Wal-Mart.
