| Introduction | Purely Pilates is a contemporary Pilates studio located in Stowmarket, Suffolk. We offer a range of group classes, small group classes and one-to-one instruction. Our studio is equipped with 8 Pilates Reformers and a range of small equipment. We run Mat classes and Reformer classes. We are a Pilates Teacher Training Centre, a host site for Balanced Body Education. We run Pilates teacher training courses for Mat, Reformer and Anatomy in Three Dimensions®. At Purely Pilates we strive to provide every client with the ultimate Pilates experience. Whether you are attending a class or personal session, or if you are attending one of our Pilates Teacher Training courses, you will be assured of the best service from our Pilates Master Instructors. Our aim is to motivate and inspire, but always having fun along the way. We welcome beginners and experienced Pilates practitioners alike. |
