How can exercise addictions be treated effectively and efficiently?

Introduction	I am currently a college student studying to be an occupational therapist or speech-language pathology. I enjoy learning about the human body and medicine. Currently, I am required to write a research paper and my topic is about this whole blog on exercise addictions. This research paper will reach out to a broad audience because most people never know that they have an exercise addiction, and when they do they don't know how to handle fixing the problem. I plan to provide my readers with information to prove that this addiction really is real and it's not a myth. I got my idea from my senior exit project for my exercise, nutrition and physiology class. I did a huge presentation on this and figured I'd study it more to get a better understanding of the addiction.
