| Introduction | I am a writer, journalist and musician from the East coast of Canada. I now live in Edmonton, Alberta with my husband, who is studying to be an opera singer. I spend most of my time dreaming about, cooking, and eating food. I really care about shopping locally and eating food that is good for me and for the planet. I love taking photos and I am slowly learning more about photography and how to take good pictures of food. The original little red kitchen was our first apartment kitchen - a tiny space but adorable space that I remember with lots of fondness.
