Introduction	Hi! I'm Emily. I just graduated from Colorado State University, and am currently in AmeriCorps NCCC class 18 in Maryland. I LOVE it! It is perfect for me. I never liked school very much since sitting in lectures all day gave me migraines. With NCCC I get to actually get out in the real world and make a difference while doing something hands on. Perfect. ... So to keep everyone updated about my travels and adventures, I converted my baking blog into my AmeriLife. I hope you enjoy the Amerisoap opera! Once I graduate, I'll convert this back to baking... So start thinking about things you want me to bake for you for when I return!
