Introduction Celine Ferland holds her M. M.and B.A. in Flute Performance and Flute Pedagogy. She has performed with several orchestras including Masters Chorus Eastside, Orchestra Seattle, Sammamish Symphony, and Thalia Symphony Orchestra. She is a member of ATriem Classical Ensemble and the Flute and Guitar Classical Duo. Celine has served as flute faculty with Arts In Motion, Da Capo Music Academy, Central Washington University, Music Works Northwest,and St. Michael Music Academy. As well she has performed in masterclasses with artists such as Alexa Still and Amy Porter. She offers over fifteen years of experience as a teacher, flute choir director, clinician, and adjudicator for solo/ensemble festivals. Celine performs in several venues throughout the Seattle area and has been featured on the “Live by George Show” on King FM radio. Celine is an active member of the Seattle Flute Society and the National Flute Association. She served as President for the Seattle Flute Society and the Mu Phi Music Fraternity at Seattle Pacific University. In addition to Celine’s active musical lifestyle she is the mother of four children and lives on Queen Anne, Seattle, WA.
Interests Gardening, knitting, crocheting, wine tastings, going out to the movies, spending time with my kids, travel, baking, and cooking.
