| Introduction | I am originally from Rome, Italy. I moved to Colorado few years ago. One day I made few truffles for a friend, he shared them with others and I havent stop making chocolates since the. It reminded me how much I enjoyed pastry and chocolate making, back in Italy. I started my own small artisan chocolate company, DesiderioChocolates, officially in 2008. At this time I am still working full time, but I am hoping to soon be able to dedicate my full time to the business and family ofcourse. Meanwhile I enjoy playing around with chocolate and any ingredient I can think of. |
