| Introduction | Teaching third grade has definitely been my life's calling. I can't imagine doing anything more gratifying, or more challenging. The joy I find in teaching has led me to take my passion to the next level in pursing my long-overdue master's degree with UNE. Having lived for the past twenty-five years in East Kingston, NH while raising our two daughters, Sarah and Suzanne, my husband, Chuck, and I are now planning out our next adventures. Although we are both die-hard New Englanders, after visiting Sarah, who is living on the beautiful island of Oahu, we have become 'Hawaiians at heart'. Thus, the beginning posts of this blog detail a two-week visit to this tropical paradise to help plan Sarah's upcoming wedding. My hope is that this blog will inspire the reader to pursue a trip to the South Pacific to this mecca of raw beauty. Aloha and mahalo! |
