Introduction	I am a 24 year old male human who teaches Karate on Thursdays and Sundays and then trains or thinks about training every other day. Hopefully I can kick this addiction with this blog. I currently manage to train in three disciplines, and don't want to give any of them up. Did I mention I work long hours as well?
