| Introduction | I’m a retired librarian, retiring in 2003 as Director of Public Library Development at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. I consider myself to be a library history buff and have spent much of my retirement promoting library history especially Wisconsin’s library history. I’m a member of the Wisconsin Library Hall of Fame. I have an extensive collection of library memorabilia which I have displayed at libraries around Wisconsin. I’m a collector of postal artifacts related to libraries and I exhibit many of these items at national level stamp shows. |
