| Introduction | I teach contracts, commercial law, and economics and the law at UNLV's William S. Boyd School of Law. I serve as the chair-elect of the AALS Section on Contracts, the immediate past chair of the AALS Section on Commercial and Related Consumer Law, and Developments Reporter for the ABA Business Law Section's Uniform Commercial Code Committee. I am an elected member of the American Law Institute and have actively participated in the UCC Article 9 Review Committee's work since 2008. In addition to this blog, I contribute to the ContractsProf blog, the ABA Business Law Section's Commercial Law Newsletter, and the cisgw3 website (which the Institute for International Commercial Law at Pace Law School hosts), and edit the William S. Boyd School of Law’s LSN Research Paper Series. |
