| Introduction | I've drawn the lucky straw to assume the role of coordinator for our developing HRD and training network - so here I am. Like many of our network members, I've worked in training and development for many years in HR departments and for RTOs - but always struggled with the lack of focus on ROI to the business. I decided to undertake post grad quals in Human Rescource Development which provided all the missing links around human performance improvement, knowledge management, reward and recognition and all those other good bits. Currently operating an RTO (with a difference) with my husband Liam, we am passionate about helping organisations improve their effectiveness through their people. |

| Favorite books | Again depends on my mood - just finished The Heart Shaped Box about a guy who buys a ghost on the internet. I really liked it! Read it while on a romantic trip to Vanuatu with Liam!!! |
