Introduction	I am 37 years old. I have been married to Ric for for almost seven years and we have a 6 year old little girl named Lani. The goal of this blog to be therapeutic and to track my progress or lack thereof as I try once again to lose weight. There will be some serious entries, but mostly it will probably be me getting a good laugh at myself. I'm seriously trying not necessarily to lose weight but to get myself healthy so I can enjoy life even more!
