| Introduction | Call me Gideon, Giddy, or Friday, really whatever you please; It's all fine by me. I happen to be a lady, who also happens to be white, live in the pacific northwest, and have a BMI of 47. Name a diet, I've probably been on it. Name a rant, I've probably made it. Name a cliche emotional scar, I probably have it. In 2009 I made a plan to leave the call center world and pursue experience in the baking industry. Then in 2010 I was excited by being a baker for a full year. Now, holy crow! It's 2011. I'm at my 3rd official bakery and I'm living a life without my own computer, sharing a house with 4 other people, and searching for ways to become better at life. 2011 prepare to be completely conquered! |
