| Introduction | There are many people shrinking incredibly on the internet. You have chosen to read the blog of one of the more fascinating ones. On May 19th, 2009, after several years of obesity, something clicked inside me and I took charge of my life. I now eat portioned food of whatever I want and run and ride bikes. Oh, and I'm not on a diet. I get to eat the most delightful foods--pizza and mexican and bacon and popsicles--nothing is forbidden me, but everything is portioned. I invite you to join me on my journey to 150 pounds. It'll be fun. Really! I'm 50 years old. FIFTY! I have been married for 30 years. I have 8 children, ages 11 to 27. I am going to be a Grandma next month. I have played the piano since I was 9 years old. I love to read, mess around on the computer, cook, and play online games. I love cats. My day is not complete without a Moon Pie. Too bad I can't find them anymore! Life is good. |
