Introduction	I am wife to J and stay-at-home-schooling mom to 5 munchkins with multiple food sensitivities. When I took my youngest son to the allergist to find the cause of his asthma I was dumbfounded when he tested positive to ALL 52 allergens that they tested for. Many of these were foods. Feeding my children quickly became the nemesis of my day. But we have learned that food can still taste good, even without the "normal" foods that most people eat. To test the allergy test, we embarked on a food allergy elimination diet. This blog is the story of our journey through food allergies.
