Introduction	TTC resume of 3 years includes 6 IUIs, 1 ectopic, 3 chemical pregnancies, a complete failure of a fresh IVF cycle, and a 9w miscarriage after a donor egg bank cycle. Western medicine testing of both me and my husband show we are both textbook perfect. After the miscarriage, I worked with a naturopathic doctor and did treatments for elevated Natural Killer Cell. Our next - and final - IVF transfer was of two perfect donor egg embryos. Both stuck, fraternal twins. Next ultrasound showed one had stopped growing ... but the other had split. Identical twins!
