Introduction	I was born and raised in the beautiful city of lights: Karachi, Pakistan. Currently, I live in the United Kingdom and work as an environmental engineer for an engineering company. I grew up in a Christian home.Both my parents are involved in full time ministry. My father is the pastor of the Assemblies of God Church in Drigh Road, Karachi. I have inherited my deep Christian faith from my family. I love to "think for myself".I also believe in the power of words. The purpose of this blog is to put to paper some the things I think about. I like what Anne Frank writes in her diary 'paper has more patience than people'. it silently bears my good and bad and it is a good listener when i need one. (oh, we need to learn something from paper....) Do I think myself to be some wise, thoughtful person, honestly, sometimes I do, at other times I am taken aback by my foolishness. Sometimes the contrast between what I say and what I do is as clear as black and white. But it is at those times that I humbly return to the Gospel of Grace and repent of my pride.
Favorite movies	The Jesus film, Shawshank redemtion, American History x, Bella, Atonement, Crash, saving Private ryan, Christmas shoes, Most, Stranger than Fiction.
Favorite books	my Bible, the kite Runner, Mere Christianity, anything by CS Lewis, Philip yancey, Gene Edwards, Jeff Lucas, Adrian Plass and Max Lucado.
