| Introduction | I am currently an athletic, intelligent person trapped inside a body that has other plans for my life. Approximately 10 years ago I noticed subtle changes in my vigor, health, and mental alertness. That was just the beginning of a journey that led me to the Bead Journal Project and to Blogging. With this blog I hope to attempt to keep up with the many creative geniuses I've met on the 2010 BJP group blog and maybe touch others who have also gone through some of the physical and mental challenges that I am attempting to handle with grace and dignity (but somehow often find myself literally flat on my butt unable to find the right words for "help, I've fallen down and need to get back up.") |
