| Introduction | I am a student. This winter break I will be actively learning in New Orleans. Both research and reconstruction will be taking place in the crescent city during a lifetime of being ignored. We must stand up and help each other because there is nobody else who will. Fight for Peace, not profit. You can not expect anything from your community unless you contribute something to it. These are some things i have been thinking about for both before and after my adventure. I hope to accomplish something while there that I will be able to share when i get back home. I hope in some way it will make all of you think a little more. Just like it has made me. |
