Introduction	Art has been some part of who I am for as long as I can remember. As a child, if I didn't have a book in my hand, I was probably busy drawing or coloring. In my teen years, I was taught to oil paint by a wonderful teacher named "Jewel." Life got busy and school, marriage and family took the place of art, but I always seemed to have something crafty going on. In the past several years, I have made a more pointed effort to return to my early artistic calling and it has been a wonderful journey of discovery and enjoyment. The supportive community of artists on the Internet have added to my growth and enjoyment.
