| Introduction | I have been married to my 8th grade sweetheart for 37 yrs. I have 3 grown children and 8 grandchildren(7 here on earth & 1 in heaven) I love my Lord and strive to follow His Will daily. I found out in 1996 that I could not have wheat. In 2000 I found that I was gluten intolerant. I now teach others how to avoid gluten and how to cook gluten free. |
