Introduction	Noor Akhmad Setiawan got his Islamic education informally from Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah Asy-Syifa and Pondok Pesantren Asy-Syaikh Jamilurrahman Indonesia in 1995-1997. He also took the Master Degree Matriculation Courses and Master in Da’wah Courses at Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) Malaysia in 2010-2013 (not completed). He is co-founder of Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Al-Atsari (YPIA) and Komunitas Ilmuwan dan Profesional Muslim Indonesia (KIPMI) and also a member of the advisory board of KIPMI and Yayasan Pendidikan KIPMI; he is also a member of the advisory board of YPIA and a member of the supervisory board of Yayasan Peduli Muslim.
