Interests	Challenging my life and all that it encompasses, raising and teaching my 5 amazing daughters, coaching others through their healthy and fitness journey, discovering new things, cooking/baking learning to sew, adventures with my family, park days and new workout ideas! I LOVE being busy, inspiring others to be the best they can be.
Favorite Music	I like most of what Daddy Dave plays... he's an 80's teen so most of his music is old school. I do prefer as much worship or uplifting music as possible. It feeds the soul.
