Introduction	Shawna is a shameless food lover and has been enjoying gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free baking for years. An extensive list of food allergies challenged her to either live in deprivation or get creative with cooking, and she chose creativity. Food has been an adventure for her for over a decade now. Along with being a self-declared food geek, Shawna has an avid curiosity in anything related to health, happiness, and well-being. She spends most of her days doing bodywork, writing, reading, dancing, laughing, cooking, and singing ridiculous songs to her husband, her cat, and her bearded dragon.
