About me

Introduction	Lives in Vienna, Austria, and studied painting and media design at the University Of Applied Arts Vienna. She is working as a contextual artist using different materials and media (audio/video/photography; development of settings; installations and objects; stage design) and has realised a multitude of (group and single) exhibitions and projects since 1990, mostly as cooperations and/or collective authorship. An important part of her work is organising events and developing projects: for independent television and media, in the area of youth work and public space. Since 1988 she also works as rare/eclectic/easy listening-, oriental and electronica-DJ, which influences the work areas above mentioned. Her focus is on social interaction, identity structures (personal histories), and everyday communication.
