| Introduction | He moved to New York City in 1998, where worked as an Art Director for Digital Media at Printzone and Digizone, also as a freelance motion graphic artist and animator. He received his MFA in Computer Art from the School of Visual Arts, New York City in 2010. He currently teaches Adobe After Effects at Digital Film Academy, NY and works as a 3D Artist. He was born in Lahore, Pakistan and received his BFA in Miniature Painting from the National College of Arts, Lahore, Pakistan in 1993. He taught painting from 1993-1998 after his graduation at the same institution. Ahsan’s work has been recognized and shown internationally. Awards and prizes include: Dean's Scholarship MFA Computer Art, School of Visual Arts, New York, a Gold Medal and 1st prize in the Pakistan National Exhibition, a Pakistan Distinguished Artist Award. |
