| Introduction | I'm a wife, mommy, sister, daughter and friend who yearns to live her life in a manner worthy of her calling as a child of God. When my oldest was 3 1/2 years old, I was minding my own business when God arrested our family's hearts and shook us out of our complacency towards the fatherless. Armed only with faith, my husband and I stepped out of our comfort zone and in obedience, answered God's call to adopt. We set out to adopt one child, but God had other plans! In a year, our family of 3 grew to 6 with the blessed addition of adopted 1 year old twins (boy and girl) and a few months later an infant girl. God has been good and is supplying all our needs! This blog is a chronicle of my family's journey to complete our family through adoption, navigating the world of special needs and the fun times of raising 4 children ages 6 and under! |
