Introduction	Hi! I'm Carolyn, I'm a transplant to Florida, although it's always been home in my heart. It's sort of ironic that here in FL. i've picked up loom knitting. I obsessively drill out scarves, hats, shrugs, and half finished afghans. i recently picked up embroidery which i think i may love even more. I work as a nanny, volunteer with Hospice, and i'm going to school to get my M.A. in counseling. Other than working with my yarn and thread i love the beach, collecting sea shells, and cooking. I would say that needle point is my escape, it's sort of a moving meditation. Inspiration is everywhere, and the best part is; when you mess up you can take it all apart and start right over again.
