Introduction	Hi! People would consider me an "empty nester", since my own children are grown. However, I spend a lot of time in my classroom, and have formed good relationships with many students, both past and present. I teach in Philadelphia, but my husband Tom and I live in NJ. I'm proud to be a "Jersey Girl". I completed my BA in Elementary Education, with a double minor in Biology and Environmental Studies at Eastern College (PA) in 1999, and my M.ED in Multicultural Education at 2002, also at Eastern. I have a special interest in folktales and art from around the world, world music, and animals. My favorite place to be is the beach!
Interests	flea markets, paper crafts, animals
Favorite music	My favorite songwriter/performers are Bruce Springsteen and Paul Simon. I still like the old Frank Sinatra music my mother played when I was growing up!
Favorite books	The House at Pooh Corner, and other Pooh stories.
