| Introduction | Emily Tara is a yoga instructor, writer, and marketing professional who lives by the motto "Relentless Forward Motion." She is also an ultra-marathoner, soccer player, snowboarder, CrossFit athlete, hiker, traveler, and music festival lover. She does something every day that scares her, like eating raw silkworms or traveling to countries like Israel and Nepal alone. She has been known to get on the wrong train, plane, or bus. She believes we should all do what makes us happy, not what people expect. She currently lives with her husband and dog in Philadelphia, PA.
