Introduction I'm an artist who cares deeply for the environment & strive to live in a sustainable way I seek to grow in my faith & as a person - I am a Christian, I make mistakes but try to learn and grow from them. I have learned: Forgiveness is a Choice, which is always rewarding because unforgiveness leads to bitterness which is like holding a hot coal with the intention of throwing it at the other person but its You who gets burned in the end. Forgiveness doesn't mean what was done or said is okay, but the power of letting go is healing - emotionally, spiritually and Physically-("Deadly Emotions" by Don Colbert MD) I love animals, I am a flexitarian/vegetarian/part-time vegan , Organic Green tea and water are my primary drinks of choice and recently I have been enjoying 4-6 ounces of Red Wine per day(health benefits)sometimes less, I like to VOTE Organic, Local and US made with my money, I bus, bike and walk to reduce my carbon footprint, I care deeply, am loyal & am a bit of a Nerd :) When I wasn't looking for love, I was blessed with my best friend and partner Aaron Schwarz
Interests Art, Writing, Environmental issues, Health and Nutrition, fitness, Organic foods, Outdoorsy activities - hiking, biking, snowboarding, rock climbing. Organic Gardening, Learning, Recycling, Reading, Laughing, Guns - for Protection, I would rather have one and never need it then to need one and not have it. If I need it - I WILL Use it.
Favorite Movies Forks over Knives, Home, Planet Earth, documentaries that reveal the truth, Up, I NEVER watch horror, like my music selections, I am careful as to the content I watch. I am a bit of a movie critic because I am good at predicting how a movie will go so I do like movies that keep me guessing.
Favorite Music Instrumental, movie scores, Christian/uplifting/encouraging music. I don't fill my mind with trashy music because what goes in, does indeed come out...I am careful about what I listen to.
Favorite Books The Bible (Amplified), College books have become a priority at this time in my life, but I enjoy reading books where I can learn something, grow as a person or books that have a moral theme (The Chronicles of Narnia for example). I also enjoy books about health - emotional, spiritual and physical. Deadly Emotions, A More Excellent Way
