Introduction	I consider myself to be an accomplished cook and for many years food has been a passion for me, which brings me to my "project" of cooking all the recipes in the 2 binders my younger self made as well as the clipped recipes of both my grandmothers. For as many recipes as I have, I have always been a dash of that, pinch of this chef so cooking and conforming to ingredient lists, and god forbid, reading and following the instructions! This maybe my greatest challenge of all.
Interests	Food!, comfort food, gourmet food, foreign cuisine, Wine, Beer, Cocktails, I like dining out almost as much as I like cooking therefore I am a avid "yelper", bacon.
Favorite movies	That was Then, This is Now, Hope Floats, Lords of Dogtown, Paradise Lost - the documentry of the West Memphis 3.
Favorite music	Five Am, Zucchero, Miguel Bose, Pat Jordan Band, Miggs
Favorite books	American Pie; Slices of Life (& pie)from America's Back roads by Pascale Le Draoulec, Heartburn by Nora Ephron, Sauces for your Pasta by Chuck Bellisino, Sauces for your Food by Chuck Bellisino, Can you take the Heat? Recipes by the World Wrestling Federation. Yes really. I heart the WWF cookbook.

You've been invited to a fancy ball but the only thing you have to wear is an orange wooly jumper. What shoes do you wear?
