| Introduction | My name is Sean Altice, and I love to cook and eat food! Growing up as the son of a chef and musician, I've become to have a fascination of both. At the age of 12 I began cooking for myself and family. It started out as simple meals such as pastas, hamburgers, and specialty sandwiches. Now its turned into a personal passion where I try to make to most extravagant and tasteful foods my mind can put together.
