Introduction	I have been running off and on all my life but it has just been the last few years where I have come to realize its importance to my well being. I feel most at peace when I am out on the trails exploring either alone or with friends.I'm at one with the terrain and appreciative of my health, freedom of thought and connection to one another and our Planet! I am blessed to have a beautiful family with two young girls and a supportive wife that lets me do just that. I work as a Physical Therapist primarily with the Geriatric population in Home Health but also enjoy sharing my knowledge of the body and it's physiology with my fellow runners.
