| Introduction | I am a proud business owner of a Greensboro based swim program called Swim Fanatics Swim Club. We service children & families of the triad from the timid beginner to the aquatic athlete. In summer of 2012, SFSC will kick off a new program geared for fighting against childhood obesity and will emphasize weight loss through cardiovascular exercise (by swimming). This program will be offered to children in the 90% or greater BMI. I designed this blog as a tell all about my personal journey & pledge to losing 75 lbs in support for this program. Join in, donate funds to CAST A Line program, and support my efforts to help children end the threats of childhood obesity in Greensboro. |
