| Introduction | Hi, I am a former dancer embarking on her second career as a vet. I'm currently in the process of applying. I have worked as a wildlife biologist before and I currently work for a Trap Neuter Return program getting feral cats fixed and returned to their territories. I am sort of in Limbo waiting to see where my future will take me, so I figured now was a wonderful time to work on some flaws that I am not too fond of. Primarily, I am frustrated with my weight. Over the past two years I have gained about 50 lbs. I am a very physical person and it frustrates me that my weight limits what I am comfortable doing. I love dance and gymnastics and everything in between. I have a friend who does martial arts and acrobatics and I wish I could keep up with her. It is time for a change, hence the title of this blog; A Change of Tides. |
