| Introduction | I am blessed to be a mom of boys! I have always been a fitness junkie. I started my healthy lifestyle journey when I was in 3rd grade, and began playing basketball. I played several sports in high school and went on to college to play basketball. I stepped away from the rigorous exercising for a few years when I had children. As a New Year's Resolution in January 2009, I started back up again; attending fitness classes at the YMCA. A year later I found myself teaching fitness classes, wellness coaching and now personal training. |
