| Introduction | Hey there, I'm Amanda! Welcome to my first-ever blog devoted to cooking. I enjoy trying new foods and beverages, and I thought it would be fun to share some of my recipes with you. Most of the food that I make is pretty simple and healthy. I am not yet a master of desserts, but I will get there eventually. Please feel free to try any and all of these recipes out. Suggestions for other uses or additions are always welcome. I have no formal training. Since the age of about ten, I have been an avid cooking show viewer. Some of my favorite chefs include: Chuck Hughes, Tyler Florence, Bobby Deen, and Rachel Ray. I look forward to embarking on this new, crazy, little adventure in my kitchen. :) |
