Introduction	I’m Ian Schmit and this is my blog. It’s uber-cool. So am I, at least that’s what the ghost of John Wayne tells me, so I take his word. I’m 21, studying journalism at the University of Iowa. Oh you want to know more? Well I have dogs, they’re pretty awesome, but I am not a dog person. I don’t care about your dog. I’ve never even met your dog. Maybe he’s cooler than Lassie but at this point in me and your dog’s non-existent relationship I don’t care if he’s eaten by Koreans. Or Canadians (I’m against stereotyping). I play guitar, sorta, listen to a lot of vinyl records, and spend too much time trying to think up witty things to put on the internet. I study Latin because I was dropped on my head as a child repeatedly, and my main goal in life is… uh, well… I’ll come up with some life goals eventually. For now I’ll hope for a good lunch.
