| Introduction | I am a mom of two kids aged 7 and 4 and know very well how difficult it is to make kids eat healthy food. On this page I will be sharing not only healthy foods for kids but also for 'older kids' to the age of 99! Cooking, travelling, reading and photography are my hobbies. I also enjoy watching movies, cartoons and documentaries with my kids. In my spare time, I submit my food creations to a leading English Magazine and so far more than 30 recipes of mine have been published. I live in Scotland and with the weather being cold most of the time love cooking hearty meals like soups etc. My personal favorite is Chinese cuisine but i do experiment with Mexican, Italian, Indian and English cuisine. |
